Looking for a more personal approach, for faster results? I offer all of my classes on a one on one basis, or I can create classes tailored to your level of fitness, and address any injuries or issues you may have. We will work together over a set number of weeks, or on an ad-hoc basis, to give you the results you desire. Contact me for more information.

I have been having 1:1 Pilates sessions with Donnamarie Lewis for three months now. My first session the week before lockdown. Donna is FABULOUS! I needed some hardcore therapy following a Sudden Cardiac Arrest last October. With an NHS physio waiting list as long as your arm and then Covid, Donna has been just brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed our first private session with Donna Marie! Such a fun way to get active, with different options to make the moves more or less difficult! Loads of variety in the different moves, and a wide range of floor and barre work! Such a fun session with lots of encouragement from Donna Marie! Can’t wait for our next session!
